Description
The Department Of Public Safety - 405 is seeking a contractor to provide roof repairs and maintenance services for their headquarters in Travis County and training facility in Williamson County. The contract is for a period of five years. The services required include but are not limited to: linear foot of base flashing repair, linear feet of caulk removal and replacement, hot applied asphalt repair, expansion joint replacement, pitch pans repair/refilling, vent stack replacement, and composition shingle tie-in waterproof replacement.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and overhead to complete the work.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed pricing schedule for all services.
• The contractor must attend mandatory site visits.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
