INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PLAN, LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE STUDY

The Town of Marana is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Infrastructure Improvement Plan, Land Use Assumptions, and Development Impact Fee Study services. The selected consultant will provide project management throughout the process, including planning and development of the IIP, LUA, and DIF. The scope of work includes tasks such as project initiation and data collection, growth forecast and land use assumptions, demand analysis, infrastructure improvement plan development, development impact fee study, financial forecasting, and public engagement. • The consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive SOQ that includes information about their team, firm capabilities, method of project approach, and subcontractor selection plan. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and approach to the project. • The town is looking for a consultant who can provide high-quality services, meet the town's schedule and budget expectations, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the issues affecting the IIP, LUA, and DIF study.
