The City College of San Francisco is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Special Inspection and Materials Testing Services for the comprehensive Evans Center Modernization, Voluntary Seismic Upgrade, and Spray‑Booth Installation project. The work is governed by California Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements and covers a wide range of disciplines, from geotechnical soil testing to concrete, steel, masonry, and specialty fire‑resistive coating inspections.
