Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Office of Attorney General - Crime Lab Division. The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2028, with two optional renewal periods of 24 months each. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor and equipment to perform the required services, including emptying waste receptacles, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, and dusting. The contractor must have a minimum of two years of relevant janitorial experience and provide references. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide an updated list of chemicals being used and their purpose, along with furnishing MSDS literature sheets for any products being used within the building.
• The contractor must keep informed of and comply with all safety, health, sanitation, and performance requirements.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor and equipment to perform the required services.
• The contractor must have a minimum of two years of relevant janitorial experience and provide references.
