RFI e-Procurement system

The Operational Services Division (OSD) is seeking information from vendors regarding next-generation e-procurement solutions to replace the current COMMBUYS platform. The envisioned Enterprise Procurement & Innovation Contracting (EPIC) system will serve as the central procurement hub for executive state agencies and other eligible public purchasing entities. Vendors are asked to provide information on their existing solutions, pricing models, and implementation strategies. The RFI is exploratory in nature and does not represent a commitment by the Commonwealth to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
