Description
The State of Iowa is seeking a courier service to provide statewide delivery services. The successful bidder will be required to provide daily routes, on-call services, and specialized handling for confidential documents, legal filings, medical/biohazard materials, and sensitive equipment. The bidder must also maintain a comprehensive tracking system, provide proof of delivery, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Key requirements include:
• Providing courier services to locations across the State of Iowa
• Maintaining a comprehensive tracking system with real-time status updates
• Providing proof of delivery documentation within 24 hours of delivery completion
• Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPPA compliance
• Maintaining a business continuity plan to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
• Providing quarterly performance reports and participating in quarterly performance review meetings
