The Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping services across multiple facilities, including an Azalea Campus and a Villa Park office site in Richmond, VA. The contract will cover routine cleaning, periodic deep‑cleaning, and event‑based services, ensuring all spaces—offices, classrooms, residential dormitories, and common areas—remain clean, safe, and sanitary for staff, students, residents, and visitors.
