Employee Survey Services

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, manage, and provide expert guidance for a Citywide employee assessment/engagement survey and conduct employee onboarding/exit surveys. The purpose of the survey(s) is to measure employee engagement, attitudes, and perceptions, and to gauge the sense of belonging, employee wellness, and recognition. The survey(s) results will be used to drive cultural improvement initiatives, assist with change management, leverage strengths, and further develop strategies for training and development. The City intends to award a three-year agreement with potential extension options. • The selected consultant will be responsible for designing and conducting the survey(s), presenting the results, and providing recommendations. • The consultant will also be responsible for developing a process for conducting onboarding surveys for new employees and exit surveys for separating employees. • The consultant will provide monthly reports to leadership staff and analyze survey data to identify trends and patterns. • The consultant will also be responsible for developing a comment review and flag process to identify potential EEO-related concerns, allegations of violations of employment law, and allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse.
