Dimension EXL 200 Service Agreement & Reagents/Supplies - Albuquerque Indian Health Center

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a vendor to provide a Dimension EXL 200 chemistry analyzer, Centaur test platform, service agreement, and reagents/supplies for the Albuquerque Indian Health Center. The contract will be for a base year with options for four additional years. The vendor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and training. The contract also requires the vendor to provide a dedicated team to assist with interfacing with the Indian Health Service Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) Laboratory Package. • The contract requires the vendor to provide a Cost Per Test or Cost Per Patient Reportable contract and service agreement for the Dimension EXL 200. • The vendor must provide and install the Dimension EXL 200 (or newer version) and Centaur test platform. • The vendor must meet the chemistry analyzer requirements, including being fully automated, having random access, and being interface-able with the RPMS system. • The vendor must provide reagents and consumables at no additional cost to the government. • The vendor must provide training and support to the laboratory staff.
