Mastery Charter Schools is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to deliver comprehensive roofing services for six of its Camden, NJ school campuses throughout the FY 2026‑27 period. The scope includes routine preventive‑maintenance inspections, scheduled and on‑call corrective repairs, 24/7 emergency response, and limited capital‑project support such as small‑scale replacements or coating applications. All pricing must be uniform across sites, and the contractor must provide detailed documentation, comply with NJ building codes, OSHA standards, and supply licensed, insured, background‑checked technicians.
