The Children’s Trust is seeking a qualified third‑party logistics service provider to act as an impartial administrator for payment processing, tax documentation collection, and IRS reporting for community engagement and speaker stipends. The vendor will manage disbursements of an estimated $225‑$325 K annually, ensure timely collection of W‑9s, prepare 1099‑MISC/NEC filings, maintain secure records, and provide regular performance reports.
