S--Non-personal janitorial services - NWS W Paducah

The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal janitorial services at the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in West Paducah, KY. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for the staff. The services will include sweeping, dusting, mopping, and cleaning of floors, surfaces, and equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. • The contractor will be required to perform services three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of products and their Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to the Contracting Officer. • The contractor will be required to maintain a secure environment while cleaning the facility. • The contractor will be required to return all cleaning products and equipment to the designated storage location upon completing work each day. • The contractor will be required to submit a completed service report summarizing work performed on a weekly basis to the designated government representative.
