Henrico County’s Division of Fire is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and provide alteration services for a full suite of firefighter uniforms and accessories for a one‑year period. The contract covers button‑up shirts (short‑ and long‑sleeve, zip‑up, light‑blue and white), pants (standard, women’s, rescue), dress‑uniform components (pants, blouse, piping, caps, service crosses), and optional alteration services such as utility‑pocket modifications and patch sewing. All items must be new, delivered directly to the Division of Fire, and priced FOB destination with freight included. Bidders must maintain a physical storefront somewhere in Virginia, provide required licensing documentation, and acknowledge each addendum.
• Supply and inside‑delivery of all uniform items to the Division of Fire with direct shipping (no county pickup).
• Perform on‑site measurement at the fire department; alterations are completed at the vendor’s location.
• Provide unit‑price pricing for three contract lots (shirts, pants, dress uniforms) and optional alteration line items; total contract value expected around $80K.
• Must submit a complete bid package through the eVA portal by Oct 9 2026 2 PM, including the Unit Price Bid Sheet and acknowledgment of all addenda.
