Description
The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its facilities. The services include dusting, spot cleaning, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash and recyclables. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. The city has a variety of facilities, including the Police Headquarters Building and the Public Works Building, each with its own specific cleaning requirements.

* Carpet care, including spot cleaning, vacuuming, and deep cleaning
* Trash and recyclable collection and replacement of liners

* Cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and shower areas
