Description
Summit County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fire‑system inspection, testing, and repair services for all county facilities. The work includes annual inspections of wet, dry and antifreeze sprinkler systems, back‑flow devices, fire extinguishers, and specialty gas‑suppression systems (Inergen, FM‑200, Ansul Hood, Pyrochem, nitrogen dry‑pipe). The contractor must also offer a 4‑hour emergency response for after‑hours service, complete background‑checks, and submit detailed reports within set timeframes.
• Annual inspections of fire sprinkler, backflow, and extinguisher equipment at > 20 locations (Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon).
