Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide portable latrine units, hand‑washing stations, and associated cleaning/servicing for Fort Bliss, TX and the Dona Ana Range Complex. The contract is a five‑year, firm‑fixed‑price (base year plus four option years) agreement covering rental, delivery, set‑up, maintenance, and waste‑removal services. The award will be based on technical acceptability and price; the solicitation has been amended to correct the Option Year 1 quantity to 14 days and extend the submission deadline to 26 Aug 2026.
