Food Service in Seneca County Correctional Facility

The Seneca County Correctional Facility is seeking a food service provider to deliver daily meals to inmates and staff. The contractor must provide cold breakfast, hot lunch, and hot dinner options, meeting NYS SCOC nutritional guidelines and accommodating special diets. The contract term is 3 years with optional 1-year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated on compliance with NYS SCOC standards, menu quality, relevant experience, price, and references. • The contractor must have experience providing food services in correctional, institutional, or large-scale settings. • The contractor must comply with NYS COC Minimum Standards for Food Service and NYS Department of Health regulations. • The contractor must provide a 4-week sample menu with the proposal, indicating portion sizes, nutritional values, and rotating items. • The contractor must maintain compliance with all NYS Department of Health food safety requirements.
