CARC Paint Coating

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is soliciting quotations for a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) painting services on 215 Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs). The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, and a mobile paint booth to surface‑prepare and apply MIL‑DTL‑64159 Grade E and Grade L coatings according to strict paint‑pattern instructions. Work will be performed at two California Army installations (Camp Pendleton and Twentynine Palms) within a 12‑month period. The contract includes strict security, CAC, and key‑control requirements, as well as a Quality Control Plan and compliance with numerous DoD regulations.
