Description
The Clark County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking quotes for roof maintenance and repair services, including emergency and standard repairs as needed. The selected vendor will be retained to provide the services of a qualified roofer on an on-call basis to perform both emergency and non-emergency repairs to all building roofs on Department property. The vendor will be expected to annually inspect all building roofs on Department's campuses and perform preventative repairs when necessary.
Some key requirements for the vendor include:
• Employing a certified Carlisle Roof System technician
• Holding a current General Contractor's License in the State of Ohio
• Being bonded and insured
• Having the ability to install and make repairs on commercial building components
• Having equipment necessary to access all of Department's building roofs
• Warranting all materials and work performed under the contract for a period of at least two years from the date of completion of the job.
The contract term will be for two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension.
