The City of Panama City, FL, Public Works Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional design and permitting services for the Frankford Avenue Trail (Phase III), a 12‑foot wide multi‑use path connecting West Beach Drive to Pacifica Avenue. Scope includes trail alignment design, ADA compliance, coordination with Bay Line Railroad, and a pedestrian bridge review over Robinson Bayou. No new right‑of‑way is required.
