Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for various structures and improvements in the right of way or easement areas. The scope of work includes demolition, removal, and disposal of trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid price for each parcel. The contract term is expected to be 30 days, and the contractor must commence work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
