RFB-PW-2026-018 - Ruby Dee Park Kiosk Signs

The City of New Rochelle is soliciting bids from qualified sign fabrication and installation contractors for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of two exterior illuminated LED light box signs at Ruby Dee Park Kiosk. The signs should be suitable for permanent outdoor installation, weatherproof, and corrosion-resistant. The contractor will be responsible for conducting field measurements, verifying dimensions and site conditions, preparing shop drawings, obtaining necessary permits, fabricating and installing the signs, and coordinating electrical work. • The signs will have internally illuminated LED lighting, aluminum cabinet construction, and printed and/or routed graphics. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, and methods to complete the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable building and electrical codes and ensure that the signs are engineered to withstand outdoor environmental conditions. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty and a minimum three-year LED lighting warranty. • The contractor must maintain insurance that defends, indemnifies, and holds harmless the City of New Rochelle, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, damage claims, demands, costs, judgments, fees, attorney’s fees, or loss arising directly out of acts or omissions by the contractor or third party under the direction or control of the contractor.
