ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

The Victoria Independent School District is seeking bids for athletic equipment and supplies. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional years. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers by item or in entirety and to waive all formalities or irregularities. • The contract includes terms and conditions for the sale of goods, including payment terms, delivery requirements, and warranties. • The district encourages offers from any company or individual, regardless of race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, marital or veteran status, the presence of a medical condition, disability, or any other legally protected status. • The district gives preference to products made of recycled materials and to products produced, processed, or grown in Texas or the United States. • The contract includes provisions for termination, cancellation, and modification, as well as requirements for insurance, licenses, and permits.
