Asset and Maintenance Management Systems

The METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking information on modern, comprehensive Asset and Maintenance Management Systems (AMMS) to replace its current legacy system. The new system should provide robust, integrated, and efficient management of all fleet and facility assets, including maintenance scheduling, work order management, parts inventory, fuel and fluid tracking, and warranty administration. The system should also integrate with other existing and future systems, such as CAD/AVL and Finance/Payroll, via a modern Application Programming Interface (API). Key features of the system should include automated work order generation, real-time inventory management, mobile solutions for technicians, and robust reporting and analytics dashboards. • The system should manage a diverse asset registry, including fleet and facilities. • The system should handle work order management, including creation, labor tracking, and closure. • The system should provide preventative maintenance scheduling and tracking. • The system should manage parts inventory, including min/max reordering and barcode/scanning support. • The system should track warranty claims and manage cost recovery. • The system should provide mobile solutions for technicians to perform tasks on the shop floor. • The system should support state of good repair (SOGR) and capital planning, including lifecycle cost tracking and performance forecasting for assets.
