The Hospital recommends that vendors file the required Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire online via the New York State VendRep System. Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical canvas monitor unit costs ($5,000‑$10,000) and an assumed order quantity of 10‑20 units for a hospital department, the total spend is likely between $50,000 and $200,000. Additional services (installation, warranty, training) could push the high end upward.
