Description
This opportunity is for a mat cleaning contract for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide an initial inventory of mats and ongoing cleaning, maintenance, and replacement services. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing mat cleaning services in accordance with the statement of work
• Maintaining an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract
• Ensuring that all mats are exchanged every week and are in acceptable condition
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety
• Providing a completed and signed certification regarding the limitation on subcontracting
• Submitting evidence of SBA SDVOSB certification
