The City of Palo Alto Utilities Department is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery/pickup of plumbing and pipeline supplies, fittings, valves, and other accessories and parts on an as-needed basis for up to 3 years. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors based on the City's needs per prices quoted. The scope of work includes providing materials and supplies for water, gas, and wastewater systems. The City is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices. • The contract will be for a period of up to 3 years, with the option for the City to exercise two 12-month extensions. • The City is seeking quotations for a wide range of products, including pipes, fittings, valves, and other accessories and parts. • Vendors must be able to provide products that meet the City's specifications and requirements. • The City is looking for vendors who can provide excellent customer service and support. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
