Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center on Endoscopy System and Endoscope. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item.
The required equipment includes:
• LEOS Laser Endoscopy System
• VueProbe 19G Endoscope
• 1-Year Manufacturer’s Service Warranty on the equipment
The contractor shall deliver all equipment and supplies to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center within 30 days of award. The contractor shall also provide detailed maintenance schedule, support services including troubleshooting, repairs, and software updates for the warranty.
