The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission is seeking a vendor to supply a complete, turn‑key modular tent system (40 ft × 120 ft) that can be re‑configured into five size options for district‑wide events. The contract includes a white, waterproof tent top, interchangeable solid and cathedral sidewalls, aluminum structural poles, and integrated storage/transport carts for all components. Vendors must provide product warranties, delivery timelines, and a unit price for the full system.
• Provide a modular tent system capable of 40′ × 40′ up to 40′ × 120′ configurations with clear‑span interior.
• Include both solid sidewalls and cathedral sidewalls compatible with a 7‑ft eave height.
• Supply aluminum poles, hardware, and carts that allow storage and transport of the entire system.
• Submit a sealed bid by 2:00 PM on October 8 2026, including warranties, delivery schedule, and unit price.
• All questions must be directed in writing to the project manager and responses will be shared with all bidders.
