The State of Maryland’s Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a Small Business Reserve‑qualified Master Contractor to provide annual renewal, maintenance, monitoring, and 24/7/4‑hour response support for 26 HP enterprise servers and associated tape storage library systems. The scope includes full parts, technical support, labor, and a valid Park Place maintenance agreement for each listed asset. Bidders must be an authorized HP reseller, submit a password‑protected electronic bid via eMMA, and provide a Letter of Authorization and MSRP screenshot.
