Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (Dallas VA Medical Center) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive, annual inspection, testing, certification, and preventive maintenance program for its medical gas and vacuum piping systems. The work includes NFPA 99‑compliant inspections of master and area alarm panels, zone valves, patient terminals, DISS disconnects, compressors, vacuum pumps, and bulk storage tanks; corrective repairs and out‑of‑cycle testing as needed; and full documentation for Joint Commission readiness. The contract is a base‑year firm‑fixed‑price award (11/1/2026‑10/31/2027) with four one‑year options extending to 10/31/2031. The contractor must supply ASSE‑certified personnel, calibrated equipment, and all consumables, and must respond to emergency calls 24/7/365.
