Washington State’s Department of Enterprise Services is issuing a competitive solicitation for temporary healthcare staffing services on a statewide basis. The contract will be awarded to one or more firms that can supply qualified clinical personnel (nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, behavioral‑health staff, dental staff, etc.) across 14 designated contract categories plus an “All Categories” option. • Scope – Provide temporary clinical staff (SSPs) for any Washington state agency, higher‑education institution, political subdivision, federal entity, nonprofit, or tribal organization.
• Categories – Up to 15 contract categories covering nursing, specialty nursing, prescribers, behavioral health, psychology, dental, dietetics, pharmacy, imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, other clinical, administrative, and tele‑medicine roles.
• Requirements – 24 × 7 × 365 customer‑service support, mandatory insurance coverage, WEBS registration, UBI number, and detailed reference documentation (three references per category).
