Description
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) is seeking an IT managed service provider to support its mission. The provider will be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-oriented technical support to all personnel, including employees, volunteers, and contracting staff. The services must utilize an ITSM framework or equivalent.
