Description
The New York State Police (NYSP) is seeking bids for Aviation Parts, Repairs, and Maintenance on Airbus Helicopters (Lot 1) and Kodiak Airplanes (Lot 2). The NYSP intends to enter into a five-year contract with each responsive and responsible vendor meeting all qualifications and requirements. The contract will include various aircraft parts, repairs, and maintenance services.
• The contract will be for a period of 5 years.
• The NYSP is seeking bids for two lots: Lot 1 for Airbus Helicopters and Lot 2 for Kodiak Airplanes.
• Bidders are not required to bid on both lots.
• The contract will include various aircraft parts, repairs, and maintenance services, including engine parts, airframe parts, avionics parts, and more.
• The NYSP reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or separable portions of offers, and waive technicalities, irregularities, and omissions if NYSP determines the best interests of the State will be served.
