Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive medical and pharmacy services to inmates incarcerated in the Muscogee County Prison. The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional years. The vendor will be responsible for providing medical services, including staffing, and pharmacy services at a pass-through cost with a management fee. The proposal should include a cost proposal, client work history, and proof of insurance.
• The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications.
• The vendor must provide a cost proposal that includes all costs associated with providing the services.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance that meets the requirements of the RFP.
• The vendor must comply with the City's Procurement Ordinance and all applicable laws and regulations.
