Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA equipment and services for the CRMAN Project. The contract includes various items such as amplifiers, interface cards, software, and installation and training services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide pricing for each item. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes providing product specifications, installation and training services, and warranty requirements.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012, 060B2490022.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and award will be limited to certified small business vendors.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid, if applicable.
• The contract includes a 1-year warranty for some items.
