Pool of Vendors to Provide Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services

Texas A&M University-Central Texas is seeking to establish agreements with a pool of vendors for the provision of dry cleaning and laundry services. The services will be delivered and/or performed on the Texas A&M campus in College Station, TX. The agreement will commence on September 1, 2026, and continue for one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance prior to beginning any work on the campus. • The vendor will provide dry cleaning and laundry services, including wash/dry/fold and finished (pressed) services, as well as military creases for uniform shirts. • The vendor will be responsible for all items taken from the department and will reimburse Texas A&M University for loss, damage, or destruction. • The vendor will provide all equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning, pressing, laundering, and folding of all laundry and dry cleaning services. • The vendor will provide continuous service as specified, even though the volume of work will be unevenly distributed throughout the year.
