Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide event tent rentals for the 2026 Offutt AFB Air Show. The contractor will be responsible for providing and setting up various tents, including a 40ft x 80ft command tent, a 40ft x 75ft STEM tent, three 15ft x 30ft security tents, and a 40ft x 135ft FSS Sponsor tent. The contractor will also be responsible for providing weight ballasts and anchors for the tents. The period of performance is from Thursday, August 6, 2026, to Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing labor and materials for tent setup and removal
• Ensuring tents are properly secured to the ground via weighted ballasts
• Coordinating with the Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron for dig permits and site surveys
• Complying with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures
• Providing pictures of quoted tents for review and approval by airshow staff
