The vendor must provide a ready‑to‑deploy solution that integrates with Aspen Discovery (or via MARC side‑loading), supports ClassLink/ EZProxy single sign‑on, offers both mobile app and browser access, complies with Section 508, and enables offline download. MNPS will migrate its existing holdings and require the vendor to become the sole content provider for all future titles, supporting a range of licensing models (single‑reader purchase, simultaneous‑use purchase, short‑term rentals, annual rentals) and multilingual collections.
