Synopsis - Edwards AFB, CA GOCO Alongside Aircraft Refueling

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy is seeking a contractor to provide Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel storage services at Edwards AFB, CA. The contractor will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating GOCO facilities and equipment, ensuring safe and timely handling of petroleum products, and complying with environmental protection, safety, and security directives. The contractor will also conduct required training to ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks. • The contractor will operate and maintain self-service automated service station facilities, equipment, and systems • The contractor will ensure sufficient product is available to provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week support of ground fuels • The contractor will perform required tasks to ensure fuel is properly accounted for and issued to only authorized users • The contractor will comply with environmental protection, safety, and security directives • The contractor will conduct required training to ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks
