Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide a Cisco IronPort Inbound Essentials Bundle Renewal for the year 2025-26. The bundle includes various Cisco security products and services, such as email security, malware analytics, and centralized email management. The contract will be for a one-year term, with the option for renewal. The vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Cisco products and must provide certification from the manufacturer. The County reserves the right to cancel the contract if the vendor fails to perform or if the contract is deemed not to be in the best interest of the County.
• The contract includes 8 commodity lines, including Cisco Secure Email XAAS subscription, Basic Support for Email Security, and SMA Centralized Email Management Reporting License.
• The vendor must provide a price sheet with unit prices and extended amounts for each commodity line.
• The County requires the vendor to have cyber liability insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate.
• The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and conflict of interest.
