Janitorial Services

The City of Siloam Springs is seeking proposals for janitorial services for its facilities. The services include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various city buildings, including City Hall, Community Development, Courts, Electric, Police Department, Library, Public Works, Transfer Station, and Parks & Recreation. The contract will be for one year with the option to auto-renew for up to two additional years. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive non-prejudicial irregularities. • The scope of work includes cleaning front entrance partition glass, dusting and cleaning fixtures and office furniture, cleaning doors, frames, walls, and switches, emptying wastepaper and trash, and sanitizing drinking fountains and restrooms. • The city is looking for a qualified firm to provide these services, with cost, compatibility, long-term financial stability, and other performance factors considered. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the services covered, a compensation schedule, and information on incidental expenses. • The city will evaluate proposals based on the mandatory requirements stated in the RFP, as well as the information derived from the written proposal.
