Description
This solicitation calls for a single‑award preventive‑maintenance (PM) contract to service all Department of Human Resources (DHR) county offices across Alabama. The contractor must perform a comprehensive HVAC PM visit at each location between July 1 and September 30 2026, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, electrical inspections, water‑treatment testing (for 11 designated counties), and documentation (inspection forms, photographs, and EPA reporting). Any repairs identified must be quoted, receive written PO approval, and be completed by the September 30 2026 deadline. Only vendors that attended the mandatory site‑visit from Round 1 are eligible.
• Perform full HVAC system checks, filter changes (pleated MERV 10/HEPA), coil cleaning, refrigerant level verification, and electrical safety inspections.
• Conduct water‑balance testing for systems in 11 counties and submit analysis reports before invoicing.
• Provide detailed repair quotes, obtain PO approval, and finish all repairs by 9/30/2026; submit all inspection forms, certificates, and before/after photos on the day of service.
