Description
The City of Northglenn is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, service, and maintain portable restroom units and hand‑wash stations for its parks and a variety of city events. The contract covers routine twice‑weekly cleaning, waste pumping, restocking of consumables, minor repairs, and rapid response for emergency or weekend service. The award will be for the remainder of 2026 with the possibility of up to two one‑year renewals at the City’s discretion.
• Provide ADA‑compliant portable restroom units and hand‑wash stations for all city parks (year‑round and seasonal) and scheduled events.
• Perform twice‑weekly service (Monday & Friday before 8 a.m.) including cleaning, waste removal, graffiti removal, restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and minor repairs.
• Offer additional rates for emergency on‑call cleaning, weekend service, and third‑day‑a‑week cleaning as separate line items.
• Deliver, set up, service, and pick up units for special events (including weekend/holiday events) with a minimum one‑week notice.
• Maintain detailed service logs per unit and, if required, an electronic tracking system for the City’s verification.
