The VA is intent on awarding a sole‑source contract for the renewal of AudioCare® software licences, maintenance, and preventative‑support services across its VISN 10 pharmacy departments. The work involves providing annual maintenance and support licenses for AudioPrefill, TM‑PreFill, TM‑Communicator, and user licences, with a base period of 12 months and an optional additional 12‑month extension. The vendor must be an authorized dealer of AudioCare, and the solicitation is limited to Payton Merger SUB II LLC dba AudioCare (or its authorized dealers).
