Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools are seeking bids for the 2026 Solar Projects, which include upgrades at four school sites: Huron High School, Scarlett Middle School, Pioneer High School, and Forsythe Middle School. The project involves the installation of solar panels at each site. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through Building Connected, and must include a bid security of 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide the required insurance certificates and bonds.
• The bid packages include separate bids for each site.
• The bidding documents will be available for public inspection on BuildingConnected.com.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18th, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and on-site walk-throughs will be conducted at each school site.
• The bid opening will be publicly conducted via a Zoom meeting on December 9th, 2025, at 2:30 PM.
