The Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) is seeking an IT contractor to provide comprehensive IT services and security support for a set term of years. The scope of work includes maintaining servers and IT equipment, providing user support, strategic planning, and needs analysis. The contractor will also be responsible for providing desktop support, security services, and asset management. The contract will be awarded for a period of five years, commencing in 2026. • The contractor will provide a comprehensive IT strategy for infrastructure, architecture, product selection, deployment, and management. • The contractor will provide ongoing IT services and support to BCRTA employees at all locations. • The contractor will provide a shared understanding of the "current state" and an assessment of BCRTA's most critical needs. • The contractor will provide a strategic plan that identifies and recommends how to implement and direct IT development and improvement. • The contractor will provide recommended technological solutions to achieve specific strategic objectives and optimal communications.
