Fairmont State University seeks a qualified planning consultant to develop a comprehensive Campus Facilities Master Plan. The consultant will perform a detailed facilities condition assessment using existing 2023 data, create a full campus‑wide space inventory, integrate assessment data into the university’s Brightly Asset Essentials CMMS, evaluate utilities and infrastructure, conduct ADA compliance analysis, and engage stakeholders to produce phased capital implementation recommendations that align with the university’s strategic vision. Deliverables include an executive summary, detailed campus‑level plans, visual renderings, a phased capital schedule with cost estimates, and all digital files in editable formats. The effort is expected to last roughly one year and culminates in a master plan that guides future development, safety improvements, and capital renewal for a projected enrollment of 5,000 students.
