Description
The U.S. Tri-Mission Embassy in Rome, Italy is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the embassy and its consulates in Milan and Florence, and the consular agency in Genoa. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine janitorial services, including cleaning and maintenance of offices and common areas. The contract period is for 5 years, and the contractor must be able to provide services Monday through Friday, between 08:30 and 17:30, with periodic services on Saturdays.
* Routine janitorial services will be conducted Monday through Friday, between 08:30 and 17:30
* Periodic janitorial services may be scheduled on Saturdays, between 08:00 and 16:00
* The contractor must be able to provide services for classified areas, with schedules determined by the relevant offices
* The contractor must submit a written schedule for periodic services in advance for approval
