Fleet Tires, Recaps and Tire Services

The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full inventory of new and recapped tires for its vehicle fleet and to provide associated tire services (repair, mounting, balancing, alignment, disposal, and roadside assistance). The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and pricing will be evaluated alongside technical and performance criteria. Bidders must submit a detailed price sheet for each of roughly 70 tire sizes, narrative responses to performance and capability sections, insurance certificates, and a non‑collusion declaration.
